1. Service Description

Octomag is an AI-powered SaaS (Software as a Service) platform that enables businesses to manage their e-commerce operations, social media accounts, customer communications, and digital marketing channels from a single dashboard.

The platform includes the following services:

  • Marketplace integrations (Trendyol, Hepsiburada, N11, WooCommerce)
  • Social media management and messaging (Instagram DM, Facebook Messenger, TikTok)
  • Ad management (Google Ads, Meta Ads)
  • AI-powered content generation (images, videos, text)
  • Customer relationship management (CRM) and analytics reporting
  • Website and SEO management (WordPress integration)

2. Acceptance and Registration

By registering for or using the Octomag platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. To use the platform, you must be at least 18 years old and register with a valid email address.

You are responsible for the security and confidentiality of your account credentials. You are liable for all activities conducted through your account. You must notify us immediately if you detect any unauthorized use.

3. Third-Party Platform Integrations

Octomag integrates with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Trendyol, Hepsiburada, N11, WooCommerce, WordPress, and other platforms.

  • By connecting to these platforms, you also agree to their respective terms of service
  • Octomag is not responsible for service interruptions, API changes, or policy updates by third-party platforms
  • You may disconnect your platform connections at any time
  • Data accessed through integrations is used solely to provide services to you

4. Social Media Messaging Service

Octomag allows you to manage messages from your connected social media accounts (Instagram Direct, Facebook Messenger, etc.) from a single dashboard.

  • Messages are read and responded to only with your authorization and within the API permissions of the respective platform
  • Message contents are stored encrypted and are not shared with third parties
  • AI-powered auto-reply suggestions may be offered; these replies are never sent without your approval
  • You may disable the messaging feature at any time

5. Data Usage and Privacy

Data from the accounts you connect through the platform (products, orders, messages, customer information, analytics data) is processed solely to provide services to you. Your data is not shared with third parties and is not used for advertising purposes. For more details, please review our Privacy Policy.

6. AI Content Generation

All rights to content generated using Octomag's AI tools (images, text, videos, influencer content) belong to you.

  • You are responsible for verifying the accuracy, appropriateness, and copyright compliance of AI-generated content before publishing
  • AI content is provided as reference and suggestions; the final decision always belongs to the user
  • Octomag is not responsible for consequences arising from the use of AI-generated content

7. Prohibited Use

You are prohibited from using the platform for:

  • Illegal activities or fraud
  • Spam or unsolicited messaging
  • Violating the terms of service of third-party platforms
  • Distributing malware or exploiting security vulnerabilities
  • Actions that negatively affect other users' service

If prohibited use is detected, your account may be suspended or terminated without prior notice.

8. Payment and Subscription

  • The service is offered on a subscription basis. Subscription plans and pricing are announced on the platform
  • If a subscription is not started after the free trial period, the account will switch to restricted mode
  • Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period
  • The refund policy is determined according to the subscription plan

9. Intellectual Property

The design, code, logo, interface, and all content of the Octomag platform belong to Octomag and are protected by copyright. The rights to content you create or upload through the platform belong to you.

10. Limitation of Liability

  • Octomag does not guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption or error
  • Octomag cannot be held responsible for disruptions caused by third-party API changes
  • Responsibility for commercial transactions (sales, returns, etc.) made through the platform belongs to the user
  • Octomag's total liability is limited to the subscription fee paid in the relevant month

11. Account Termination

You may close your account at any time. When your account is closed, your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days. Accounts that violate the terms of service may be suspended without prior notice.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. In case of disputes, the courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul shall have jurisdiction.

13. Updates to Terms

These Terms of Service may be updated from time to time. When significant changes are made, a notification will be sent to your registered email address. The current terms are always published on this page. Continuing to use the platform after an update means you accept the new terms.
